Recipes (cause I love food almost as much as I love sex)

Yes. I love to cook. And I’m darn good. So here are some recipes to consider next time you’re hungry and reading my blog:

Gnocchi

Yes, you can buy these in the store. No, they won’t even taste remotely the same.  And yes, I know, I don’t have real measurements for this recipe. Just go with it. Trust me, it always turns out well.

Ok, cook some potatos. I always make extra of this because they freeze well. Cut your potatos in half. Proceed to shred them with a cheese grater while squishing them out of the skin. I know, it’s hot. Use a towel. Trust me, you want to do this. Some people use a potato ricer. I don’t have one, so the grater is my go-to.

Measure out the potatos in to a bowl. Add salt and the egg yolks. Then start mixing in flour. Mix all of this until it comes together. Don’t add extra flour. The less you have the more potato-ey they will taste. Which is good.

Roll the dough into logs (playdoh style), slice into little chunks. Then roll on forks if you want. Google image gnocchi to see what they look like.

Then, in small-ish batches, boil them just until they float. Then pull out and dry out. They dryer they are, the more sauce they will absorb / the easier they are to freeze.

This is really a go-to date food for me. Guys are super impressed I made pasta (and usually make my own sauce) but it is way easier than any other I’ve ever tried to create. Oh, and they’re even good cold and plain from the fridge. 🙂

Quesadilla Wrap

Spread the dijon and salsa on the wrap. add pickles, turkey, ham, mexican shredded cheese to taste. Roll. Microwave for 1 minute. then dip in sour cream as you munch.
